When will you reopen?

I plan to reopen around end March! You can follow me on Instagram or Twitter for updates :)

US Customers:

Shipping fee will be higher now because it covers import taxes and duties (10% charged by US customs)! So no paying tariffs when it reaches US as it will be handled on our side. Any additional tariffs that is charged will be absorbed by me. Shipping to US will require more processing time so I kindly request for your patience! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

How is shipping calculated?

1. Basic Mail: untracked

only applicable for light flat products like sticker sheets/photocards

2. Registered Mail: tracked but cheaper than option 3

only applicable for light flat products like sticker sheets/photocards

3. Registered Package: tracked <250g

applicable for all product types including books and charms

4. Registered Package: tracked 250g<500g

applicable for all product types including books and charms (larger orders that are heavier than 250g)

I offer registered mailing to ensure your order is safely packaged and eligible for international delivery!

When will your shop close?

27 February 2026 or earlier

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries! Those that I cannot ship to include Russia and Turkey.

Where are you shipping from?

All products are packed and shipped from Singapore by me!

What is your processing time?

I typically print labels once a week and ship them the next day. However, I have a processing time of two weeks to account for any unexpected delays. Since I handle everything myself, your patience is greatly appreciated! As US shipping now requires more steps and time, I may require longer processing time for US packages.

If your tracking doesn’t update within two weeks, please email me. You can also stay updated with store news on my instagram or twitter.

How long will my package take to arrive?

After posting, local orders typically take about 2 to 3 days, while international orders may take 2 to 4 weeks. Please monitor your tracking as delivery issues are not always notified directly.

If you see that your delivery has failed or is being held, contact your local post office as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or pickup! If the package is returned to me due to a failed delivery, additional shipping fees will apply for re-sending the order.

Can I change my address?

I can make changes as long as I haven't printed the labels yet! Please email me.

Can I make changes to my order/combine orders?

Please email me immediately and I can cancel + refund your order so you can make a new order.

My package delivery failed!

Please contact your local post office as soon as possible to arrange for redelivery!

There's a problem with my tracking!

Please feel free to email me! If it has been more than 18 working days since the date of posting, I’ll inquire about your package. For US residents, the Singpost website I provide for tracking will not update once your package arrives in the US, until it reaches your doorstep.

Please be sure to contact me within 6 months of posting, as I won't be able to assist you after that.
